Abstract

The Military Police of Pará is part of the State Public Security System, adopting a social defense model based on systemic thinking, which is characterized by the essence that everyone shares responsibility for solving problems. In 2015, the 2015-2025 Strategic Plan was launched, outlining nineteen organizational objectives directed at personnel, logistics, legislation, finance, education, health, administration and operational employment policies. The latter is directly linked to the General Department of Operations (DGO).
