Abstract
The Pará Military Police Project Office (EPPM) was created by Complementary Law No. 126 of January 13, 2020.
It is an advisory body to the General Commander, designed to assist project managers in implementing principles, practices, methodologies, and technical tools for project management to raise funds. It is also responsible for aligning objectives with strategies, establishing standards for the presentation of proposals based on the feasibility study that is intended to be developed, analyzing the possibilities for its successful execution.
It is the unit responsible for raising and executing extrabudgetary resources and managing other administrative instruments such as: Decentralized Execution Agreement, Technical Cooperation Agreements, Technical Capacity Agreement, among others, which will be treated generically as agreements.
The EPPM is headed by Lieutenant Colonel QOPM Jeanderson da Silva Saraiva and its headquarters are located at the General Command Headquarters.
