Caring for people with an emphasis on development, professional appreciation, health and quality of life
Abstract
People management involves the quality of life of employees and can be associated with the ethics of the human condition. In this sense, a set of actions is necessary, implementing improvements and managerial, technological and infrastructure innovations in the work environment, combined with institutional values that focus on caring for people.
The development, professional development, health and quality of life of Military Police officers are present in the PMPA Strategic Plan 2015/2025, consolidated in strategic objectives, such as: Implementing and Implementing Strategic Management with a Focus on Excellence; Meeting the Demands of Society, Adapting Infrastructure and Logistics; Adapting the Number of Military Police Officers; Improving the Training, Qualification and Development of Military Police Officers; Promoting the Biopsychosocial Health of Military Police Officers; and Valuing Military Police Officers.
