The 1st Seminar of the Scientific Journal PMPA EM REVISTA, organized by the General Staff of the Military Police of Pará, was held on June 5, 6 and 7, 2024, in the auditorium of the General Command Headquarters. Focusing on the third edition of the Scientific Journal, entitled “Between the threads and traces of the history of Grão-Pará”, it explores the theme of identity construction, defense of the military ethos and democracy as a daily practice in the 21st century. The articles in this edition, written by renowned authors, examine human relations over time, connecting the present to the past of Grão-Pará.
